meet mark
I have had the good fortune to work in a number of different industries. I have worked in retail management, high school athletics, healthcare administration, food manufacturing, human resources, and executive coaching. I have also coached youth basketball and high school tennis.
Throughout my career, a consistent pattern has been to help the individual thrive, visualize the next steps, and construct meaningful plans to move forward. The emphasis has been on the individual’s vision and growth.
Coaching is a co-journeying, a partnership with the coachee. Coaching is intended to reveal the innate wisdom and insight of the coachee on the path from the current state to a better future state.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my wife. Reading is a passion, and I would say I am a lifelong learner.
